The trail system is operated by the ‘Tuonela Trail Association’, a registered nonprofit organization in the Province of Nova Scotia. You are encouraged to become a member or be a guest of a member to utilize the trails. Ski Tuonela is the Village arm of the operation and rates include trail fees and gear ferried to and from the Village.
